General Standard Terms and Conditions
1. General
Following "General Standard Terms and Conditions" apply to all contracts, supplies and other achievements. We contradict deviating regulations of the contracting party hereby expressly. All special agreements require the written confirmation on our part. AUM ENGINEERING is at any time justified to change or supplement these "General Standard Terms and Conditions" including all plants.
2. Offer and order
Our offers are noncommittal. Deviations in relation to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. Orders are at present only possible by email/mail/fax. Your order is obligatory, the sales contract comes off with the entrance of the confirmation of order/calculation. To the prices specified in the confirmation of order/calculation AUM ENGINEERING is bound 4 weeks starting from confirmation of order/invoice date, unless it concerns obvious errors.
3. Supply and payment
AUM ENGINEERING supplies by dispatch with the German Post/DHL. If anaother dispatch service is wished, developing extra costs are charged for. The supply exclusively takes places against pre-payment/cash on delivery. The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days after calculation receipt without departure of any discount payments on an account designated by AUM ENGINEERING. Cash on delivery dispatch desired to compute we a surcharge.
4. Time of delivery
We usually deliver within 2 working days after receipt of payment the commodity with German Post/DHL. In addition come the mail running times, which can vary depending upon kind and range of the transmission.
5. Right of return
On-line customers are bound for no more to your order, if you recall within a period from 2 weeks to receipt of the community. The revocation must no reason contain and can in writing (E-Mail been sufficient) or via return of the commodity take place. Claims for damages because of delay or default, also such, which developed up to the cancellation of the contrant, are impossible. AUM ENGINERING does not give warranty or a guarantee for supplied software and documentation. AUM ENGINEERING takes in particular no responsibility or other adhesion for damage, which develops in kind from the use of the supplied software and/or documentations or developed.
8. Copyrights
Data media are provided or multiply explain the orderer with placing of order all for duplication to necessary rights to possess to exhaust as well as all resulting copyright and other fees to appropriate places. The clients places us freely from all requirements, which make third valid opposite us because of law breakings.
9. Data save
Customer data are not kept longer than necessary. We do not pass your data to third party. Excluded of it are our service partners, which need the transmission of data for the order handling. 11. Place of judgement
To all situations addressed not here the regulations planned lagally in Germany apply. The area of jurisdiction for both parties is Osnabrueck, Germany. AUM ENGINEERING keeps itself forwards at the seat of the customer to complain. In the doubt or controversy the German original version of these "General Standard Terms and Conditions" applies.
12. Blanket clause
Should be one or several of the managing regulations totally or partly legally ineffective, then tehreby the validity of the remaining regulations is not affected. To the place of the ineffective regulations steps retroactively contentwise as same a regulation as possible, which comes the purpose of the intended regulation next.
